What do The Beatles have in common with Yoga? Well, their travels to India to practice Meditation helped popularize Yoga in the West! Kick off FabFest with an hour of moving, breathing, and meditation, inspired by the music of our favorite Fab Four. Our Alight Yoga instructor will include many pose options and modifications to welcome all who want to come together for this Beatles-inspired fun.
