Join Allison and Chef Julia (of Plant Joy and Nourish fame) for a day of yoga, music, community, farm-to-table foods — sourced locally, from Garden Window Farm — in the cozy quaintness of the Betty Little House, an urban oasis right on 7th St., surrounded by the beautiful Charlotte Council of Garden Clubs grounds.
