Intensity: Moderate Good for: Building strength and flexibility, slower paced flow
Service Description
Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, Slow Flow will give you the opportunity to work on both strength and flexibility. Expect time to explore your breath in a variety of poses from standing postures to floor work. You will be guided on how to create each posture to fit your body and ability. This class is a good compliment to all styles of movement and is excellent for those who want to have time to explore their asana practice. Some knowledge of poses is recommended.

Classes may be rescheduled or canceled up to 1 hour prior to start time, by logging into your Alight Yoga account. Please only reschedule for the same length/price class so your teacher is paid appropriately. Thank you!
